Committee Schedules & Deadlines

All applications should be submitted for projects beginning after the decision notification date.
The Foundation will not consider proposals that request funding for
repayment of debt/old bills, for started projects, or for completed projects.
Grantee organizations are restricted to $300,000 of funding, combined across all committees, annually.
Early submission of applications is encouraged.

    Scholarship Committee

  • Deadline: January 1, 3pm
    Office closes the Friday before Christmas
    Submit by early December to allow for follow up
  • Notification: April 30
    This Committee meets annually.

    • Under $5,000 Grants Committee

  • Deadline: First of Each Month by 3pm
    Submit 2 to 3 months priors to project start
  • Notification: End of That MonthThis Committee meets monthly.

Full Board Committee

  • Deadlines: April 1, 3pm
    Submit by mid March to allow for follow up
  • Notifications: June 30
    This Committee meets annually.

      • Dollars for Scholars Committee

    • Deadline: February 1, 3pm
      Submit by mid January to allow for follow up
    • Notification: March 31
      This Committee meets annually.

      • Youth Committee

    • Deadline: February 1, 3pm
      Submit by mid January to allow for follow up
    • Notification: March 31
      This Committee meets annually.
