Committee Schedules & Deadlines

All applications should be submitted for projects beginning after the decision notification date.
The Foundation will not consider proposals that request funding for
repayment of debt/old bills, for started projects, or for completed projects.
Grantee organizations are restricted to $300,000 of funding, combined across all committees, annually.

    Scholarship Committee

  • Deadline: January 1
    Notification: April 30This Committee meets annually.

    • Under $5,000 Grants Committee

  • Deadline: First of Each Month
    Notification: End of That MonthThis Committee meets monthly.

Full Board Committee

  • Deadlines: April 1 and September 1
    Notifications: June 30 and October 31, respectivelyThis Committee meets twice a year.
    Beginning January 1, 2026 this committee will meet once a year. Only the April 1 deadline, with the June 30 notification, will continue.
