The A. Lindsay & Olive B. O’Connor Foundation’s funding is geographically restricted to proposals that have direct impact on the quality of life in Delaware County, NY. Proposals are also considered from the contiguous counties in rural upstate New York (Otsego, Schoharie, Ulster, Sullivan, Broome, Greene, and Chenango). The Foundation’s main focus is Delaware County.

The Foundation does not award grants or loans to individuals, only to non-profit organizations within the our program area.
